Return Policy

Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturer’s defect. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

You should reach out via email as soon as possible, before physically returning any products. Include photos of the defects as attachments in the email. Contact: Lyra@Unsettlingthings.com

Disclaimer: This address should be used for product returns ONLY. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) should be sent via email. This mailing address is a warehouse /printing facility for our store products. All other items/correspondence sent to this address will be returned to the sender.

Unsettling Things does not accept returns for unsealed face masks – which are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Shipping Issues / Policies

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.   If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, the claim will need to be filed with the Post Office.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. We will contact you with the email you provided at checkout to obtain an updated address once we’ve received the package. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Failure to claim the shipment and update your address after 4 weeks of its return to our facility, will result in the items donation to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

To reiterate, after holding the item(s) for 4 weeks time on your behalf, All Unclaimed Orders That Were Returned To Our Facility By The Post Office Due To An Insufficient Address Provided By You, Will Be Donated to Charity Without Issuing a Refund.
